This website provides you with information about our holiday house in Zuid-Limburg. The house is situated in the quiet countryside of Maasland on the edge of Oud-Stein but is also close to the larger cities Maastricht, Aken and Liege. Belgium is only a few kilometers away. Maasland is a pretty flat terrain, so very suitable for bike riding. For hikers on the Pieterpadroute this is an excellent base.
The house offers space for 2 people.
Our rates start from € 45-55 per night for 2 people (excl. local tourism taxes and cleaning fees). Minimum stay is 2 nights (children up to 2 years old stay for free). We rent out private so we are not bound to specific renting periods.

The house offers space for 2 people and consists of a cosy living room / lounge with kitchen area, television and dining area.
The kitchen is self-contained and has an oven, refrigerator, microwave and electric stove.
The bedroom has 2 single beds and sufficient cupboard space.
There is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with sinke.
The enclosed terrace is covered (can be opened when good weather) and also offers the option to store bicycles.
The house has its own entrance through the terrace.
